Trip Preparation

Read through the trip descriptions or for more information on a desired trip, select the “more Info” button and the trip leader will contact you. Also contact us for information on trips not listed or regarding personal interests you have in serving.

APPLICATION:
Complete your application. Click the application button and print out your application Follow the directions for returning it to Adventure (scan and email, mail, or hand deliver).
Your $100 non refundable deposit can be paid via check or on line using the donate button on the main short term mission trip page.
Your application will be reviewed, an interview will be scheduled, and then you will be notified regarding trip approval. Priority is given to members of Adventure Church.

PASSPORT: You MUST have a current passport (expiration must be at least 6 months after your trip). Apply for your Passport immediately if you need a renewal or a new passport. Airline tickets can not be purchased if you do not have your passport.

TEAM PREPARATION:
You will be required to participate in team preparation meetings!
You must prepare to engage in the ministry experience. You are going to serve, not for a vacation.
You will be responsible for the cost of your trip (fundraising opportunities will be available).
You will be required to have 2/3 of estimated trip costs paid 90 days prior to departure (so airline tickets can be purchased).
The balance of your trip costs must be paid 30 days prior to trip departure.
